- A full copy of your files and database onto the new host — on your own Hetzner account
- Up to three mailboxes moved together with the site
- Your domain re-pointed through Cloudflare — free SSL, HTTP/3, cache on top of Hetzner's own Varnish
- A full backup before anything is touched, kept for 30 days
- Your old host stays live for 30 days — rollback is just a DNS change

If anything breaks within 30 days of the move because of the migration itself — we fix it free, or roll you back to your old host at no charge.
If the check said "fits" and we couldn't deliver — the $1 is refunded and nothing on your site has changed.

The check said "let's talk first." That's not a rejection — something about the site (size, plugins, audience) is worth a 15-minute call before naming a price.
Hosting isn't the fit — something else is. A slow site, outdated plugins, no organic traffic — that's a different conversation, and the check will say so honestly.

What people ask about the $1 migration
Why so cheap — what's the catch?
There isn't one. You buy hosting on your own Hetzner account — I make $0 a month from it. The $1 is a filter: it screens out people who don't actually need a migration, and gives me a verified signal of interest instead of a cold email.
What if something breaks after the move?
30-day guarantee: anything that breaks because of the migration itself, we fix for free or roll you back to your old host. Nobody switches off the old host for a month — rollback is a DNS change, not a scramble.
Is this the same server I have now?
No, these are Hetzner servers in Nuremberg. For an audience in Europe, the UK or most of the world, that's faster or about the same. If your main audience is in the US, the check will say so honestly: the difference is small for static content, more noticeable for dynamic pages.
How many slots are open this month?
A migration is 1–3 hours of real work per client, so slots are capped every month. The check will tell you if any are left.
What if my site is too big or too complex?
The check will say so directly — "too big a target" instead of a fake "yes." In that case hosting is probably not the site's main problem, and I'll offer a free mini speed/SEO report instead of a migration.
