Not an agency — one person

Online stores that make money, not just take orders

I'm Sergey Troitskiy. Ten years building ecommerce products — from enterprise work in Europe and the US (Wehkamp, Leroy Merlin, Delhaize, GoPuff) to hands-on work with smaller online retailers. I launch, fix, and run stores so the numbers actually move by the end of the month.

  • Audit in 48 hours
  • Written report, not a call
  • Prices right on the site

Here's what an audit looks like — a real example, before you leave your email. Or go straight to Telegram: @ecomkit_bot.

Product teams I've led

  • Wehkamp
  • Leroy Merlin
  • Delhaize
  • GoPuff
  • Relay Commerce
  • KYRA
  • Bookly

What I do

Three ways to work together. No all-inclusive packages

You pay for specific work with a specific result. The one fixed tariff is "Start" — a store in seven days for $99. Everything else gets an exact number after a free audit, once I know your catalog and your store's actual state.

"Start" — a store in seven days

A new store, one market, one language. One price for everyone, no "starting from."

  • Domain, theme, products up to 100 SKUs
  • Payments, receipts, CRM, shipping
  • A published week-by-week schedule
  • Every access is yours from day one

$99 — one-time

Full store setup & automation

Launch from scratch or migrate to Shopify or WooCommerce, then automate what would otherwise eat the owner's whole working day.

  • Catalog structure, product pages, payments, checkout
  • Shipping, order statuses, launch checklist
  • CRM: orders, pipeline, reporting
  • Product descriptions and support automated with AI

from $5,000 — one-time

SEO growth & fractional management

Technical SEO and traffic growth, or me running your store's growth myself — like a hired manager, on a fraction of the time.

  • Technical audit, category-level keyword research, monthly oversight
  • AI-search visibility: so ChatGPT can actually answer about your product
  • Quarterly priorities, weekly numbers review
  • Managing contractors on your behalf

from $3,000 — per month

Process

How it works

  1. Free auditYou send your store's address. Within 48 hours — a written breakdown with priorities. No call.
  2. ProposalA specific scope of work, a price, and a timeline, on one page. No "starting from."
  3. Shared chatWork happens in a shared Telegram chat with a transparent task list. Questions don't wait for meetings.
  4. Report with numbersWhat got done and what changed in revenue — not screenshots of activity.

Why me

Experience local agencies don't have

I didn't come into ecommerce from running ads. I built products used by tens of thousands of stores and millions of shoppers — and now I apply the same approaches to stores at a much smaller scale.

10 yearsin product and ecommerce
45,000+Shopify and DTC stores across the products I've built
$2.5M → $25MARR growth on a product where I built the product team
500+suppliers onboarded automatically instead of by hand

Questions

What people ask before starting

Who exactly will work on my store?

Me. No account manager, no "delivery team," and your project never gets handed to whichever junior has the lightest load. I take on a limited number of projects at a time, so I know your catalog and your numbers without being reminded. Where hands are needed — design, development, link building — I bring in vetted people and answer for their work to you myself.

How long does a launch take, and when do SEO results show?

A store launch: 3–6 weeks, depending on the catalog. SEO: first ranking movement in 4–8 weeks, noticeable traffic in 4–6 months. Anyone promising "top rankings in a month" is selling you something else.

I already have a contractor for ads or SEO. Is that a problem?

No. The audit will show what your contractor is doing well and what's falling short, with numbers, not opinions. From there, we either reinforce what's working, or I set tasks and check the execution. Redoing someone else's work just to redo it isn't how I operate.

Is my store too small for this?

Selling only through Instagram with no proper site is actually my favorite case: the audience and the sales already exist, the infrastructure doesn't. That's exactly where the "Start" tariff fits.

Where to start

A free store audit within 48 hours

You send your store's address — I send back a written breakdown: technical health, SEO, conversion, analytics, operations. At the end, a priority table: what delivers the most for the least effort.

So you don't have to take my word for it: a real audit example is published on the site. Read it, then decide. Don't want to fill in a form? Message me on Telegram: @ecomkit_bot.
